it's not just for herbs!Mar 05, 2010
I used it to store asparagus and it was fantastic! The stored asparagus was actually better than the stuff we ate the day we bought it. This keeper not only kept it from spoiling, but perked it up and made it even crunchier! It may take up room in your fridge, but it's worth it. Highly recommend!

I use fresh herbs all the time and this container has worked very well extending the life of the herbs. I've bought some as gifts, too.

this herb keeper is perfect because it serves its primary purpose since the herbs in it are as crisp as when i put them in it about 3 weeks ago. besides it has no technology or moving parts. it should last a lifetime.

I am very pleased with this product! So far I have only used it for dill but look forward to trying it for other herbs!
