Poor Service into the box sloppy not professional ones. NO recieptMar 09, 2010 I got it but terrible service with sloppy box with silver tape and no reciept in all. I will never do this again
This rack is huge!Feb 25, 2010 This is a sturdy roasting rack and very practical because it comes apart for storage. I sent mine back though because it was too big for my uses. As the description says it accommodates a 25# turkey... and even more I'm sure. I could not downgrade it just because it was too big as most things tend to be smaller than they claim and this one is very well constructed.

Great design, but flaky, hard to clean and rusts.Jul 16, 2009 It's a great idea/design, but I have to echo the other comments about the non-stick coating coming off. I'd guess I've used it about 10-12 times in the last 7 months, and at least a bit of the coating started coming off after just one or two uses.
Other reviewers have suggested that the coating flakes off during cooking; I can't say for sure, in fact that never occurred to me. I always assumed (and I still do think it more likely) that the coating comes off along with burned-on pieces of meat and fat that are removed during washing, even though I'm always careful to soak the rack first (usually overnight), and never use an abrasive cleanser or cleaning utensil.
And of course, the loss of some of the non-stick coating means that the item is now susceptible to rust.
Coating issues aside, this is also not an easy item to clean. The clever removable-pin hinge construction creates little crevices that require some patience (and/or perhaps a pipe-cleaner or toothbrush).
I love the design/concept, and would be more tolerant of the patience required to clean it thoroughly if the coating were not such an issue.
One consolation is that it was less than $20, but a bargain isn't a bargain if it doesn't perform as expected. Wish mine were simply an isolated case of a defective unit, but based on the other reviews, it isn't.

DO NOT BUY! (Unless, of course, you want non-stick coating in your gravy)Nov 06, 2008 Great design, but VERY DANGEROUS. After only one use, I noticed what other reviewers have noticed - the non-stick coating flakes VERY EASILY. And that's with hand-washing, not with dishwasher use.
The removable pin is a great design feature, but who cares about that if you have non-stick coating flecks in your gravy?
I threw mine away immediately.

Best rack I have ever usedDec 29, 2007 Best cooking rack I have ever used. And I've used a lot. I threw away all my other ones after I used this one the first time.
Can't say much more than that.
