Great Little rack.Dec 29, 2009
I cooked my 15lb Christmas turkey with this rack.The handles worked great in lifting the turkey from the roasting pan & the easy opening meant no lifting off the rack to the chopping board. My sister & sister in law both asked where I got it so that can get one also. Very easy to clean & store.

Versatile Oven RackDec 16, 2009
This versatile oven rack keeps meat off your pan so roasting is more even. I use it for small roasts, especially one and 2-rib roasts that like to fall over on their side. Rack comes apart (in halves + rod) for compact storage.

Perfect for my purposeOct 11, 2009
If I needed a roasting rack for roasting I would buy this one, primarily because it has nice clearance from the pan bottom. But I needed a firewood grate for my wood burning stove which has a relatively narrow opening. I thought a roasting rack would work well because it should be able to handle the heat and I could probably find the dimensions I needed. This rack design hinges at the bottom, perfect for my purposes and a great handling feature for cooks.
