 Not quite as I'd hopedJun 27, 2010
Though this seems to be a well made whisk, it just doesn't seem to have the ability to mix anything firmer than eggs, and I don't find the balance to be as good as I hoped - it does flop out of the bowl and make a mess if you aren't careful.

I just LOVE this beautiful, colorful whisk! If I have any excuse to, I will reach for it in the kitchen. It works wonderfully with my favorite cast iron pots for cooking because it is made of silicone. But the cute colors are really what make this whisk stand out. What makes the "whisk high" continue is that this is clearly made very well, with high quality parts and solid construction. So you know you'll have it around for a very very long time. Highly recommended!

If you like kitchen utensils, you will really like this product. Everytime I open the drawer, I think, how cute is that. It's sturdy and cleans up well.

Great whisk for non-stick cookwareApr 07, 2010
I purchased this whisk specifically for use in non-stick cookware and tin lined copper pans. The balance is spot on and feels so natural to use, it has quickly become my whisk of choice. I first saw this whisk at Sur La Table and really liked how it felt, I did some research at home and found nothing but good things about it. I wouldn't use anything else for scrambling eggs, making sauces, or aerating mixtures. Of the silicone whisks on the market this is the best one i've come across, including the Le Creuset ones. It's a good usable length, the wires are firm yet have good give to them, and the entire unit is sealed keeping moisture or food particulates from collecting in the handle.

Shouldn't all kitchen utensils make you grin? Whenever possible, I think so, and these fit the bill. And they do the job for which they're designed. It doesn't get better than this.
